This book is great for all ages. It has great drills that can be adapted for any level of play. I am going to use it for my JV level team this spring.
The drills a clear and precise with adaptations noted. The drills use multiple players at a time so that no one is left just standing in line.
I have ordered other books by the author to add to my soccer collection as a coach. Can’t wait to see what they add to my coaching knowledge. I would recommend this book for anyone from Recreational level through college level.
